What are the Wholeness Pillars?

A holistic health framework built around the eight interconnected areas that govern your energy, emotional resilience, and physical health — not as isolated problems, but as one whole system. When even one pillar is depleted, everything struggles. When they are nourished, whole-person health is the natural result. This workshop is your introduction to that framework — and your first real look at what is underneath how you have been feeling.

A clear, accessible walkthrough of all eight pillars and how they interact. You’ll finally understand why  you feel the way you do — and why quick fixes haven’t worked.

Your First Vital 8 Reset Plan

Using the audit from earlier, you’ll build a simple, personalized 7-day reset plan focused on just one or two pillars. Small, sustainable, rooted in your real life — not someone else’s ideal routine.

The Stress Audit — Where Are You Right Now?

A guided self-assessment to identify which of your Vital 8 pillars are most depleted. You’ll leave with a clear, honest picture of your current stress load — not just physical, but emotional and systemic.

Two Stress-Reduction Practices You Can Use Today

We go deep on two of the most impactful tools from the  8 Pillars toolkit — one to regulate your nervous system in the moment, and one to build long-term resilience. We practice them together, live. These aren’t techniques to “try later.” You’ll experience the shift in real time.

Good to know
before you join

Do I need any experience with holistic health?

Not at all. This workshop is designed as an introduction — no prior knowledge needed. If you’re completely new to this way of thinking about your health, that’s perfect.

What if I can’t attend live?

A full replay will be sent to every paid attendee. You’ll have access  for 30 days so you can revisit the practices anytime.

How interactive is it — do I have to turn my camera on?

Camera-off is completely welcome. The experiential components are done in your own space at your own pace. There will be opportunities to share in the chat if you’d like, but nothing is required.

Is this just for moms with young kids?

The framework is for any mom feeling stretched thin — whether your kids are toddlers, teens, or grown. If the description resonates, you’re in the right place.

What’s the difference between this workshop and the full Mastery program?
